Four steps, nothing hidden

Every deal moves through the same steps, and both sides watch it happen on one page. Emails tell you when it is your turn.

  1. Create the deal

A title, what is delivered, how the buyer will check it, the amount, and the other side’s email. Nothing is payable yet.

  2. Both sign

Each side adds a wallet address and signs. The terms become a contract with a hash that neither side can change afterwards.

  3. The buyer pays

The buyer gets a deposit address and the exact amount. The page follows the payment; the funds are held, not passed on.

  4. Deliver and release

The seller delivers and attaches proof. The buyer confirms and the payout goes out. If they disagree, an agent decides from the record.

Built so neither side has to trust the other

You do not need to know the other person. The deal page shows where the money is and what was agreed.

Your deals at a glance

Every deal you are part of, and where each one stands.

One page for both sides

Buyer and seller see the same terms, payment status and messages.

Every step on record

Each agreement, payment and delivery is written down with a time.

Proof on the deal

Delivered files and screenshots stay attached to the deal.

Support in the loop

Either side can ask support for help, and support can pause the payout.

For the one who pays and the one who delivers

The same page, two seats. Each side sees what the other has done and what is still open.

Buyer seat

If you are buying

  • You pay only after both sides have agreed the terms in writing.
  • The money is held until you confirm delivery, or until your time to respond after delivery runs out.
  • If it is not what was agreed, open a dispute and an agent decides.
Seller seat

If you are selling

  • You see that the money is there before you start the work.
  • Attach proof of delivery to the deal, in your own words and files.
  • You are paid when the buyer confirms, when their time to respond runs out, or when a dispute is decided in your favour.

Paid in USDT or USDC

Stablecoins only, so the amount you agree is the amount that moves. The network is chosen when the deal is created.

Questions people ask first

Anything else, write to team@trysealpay.com

What does SealPay do with the money?

The buyer pays into a deposit address controlled by SealPay. The funds are held there until the deal is released to the seller or refunded to the buyer. Nothing is sent on without the buyer’s confirmation, the end of the confirmation time, or a decision.

How much is the fee?

The fee is shown before you agree and is fixed the moment both sides have agreed. By default the buyer pays it on top of the deal amount, so the seller receives exactly the amount agreed. The person who starts the deal can choose to take it from the seller’s payout instead.

Do I need a wallet connection or an app?

No. You open your case with the code or link from your email. The buyer pays from any wallet to the deposit address; the seller receives the payout at the address they gave.

What if the seller does not deliver?

Open a dispute while the deal is funded or delivered. An agent reads the chat and the attached files and decides on a release or a refund. Every step stays on record.

How long does a payout take?

After the buyer confirms, support sends the payout to the seller as soon as possible, and both sides get an email with the transaction and a summary of the deal.

What if I send the wrong amount?

Send the exact amount shown. Where the deal allows a small difference, a little short comes off the seller’s payout and a little extra is kept by SealPay. A larger shortfall stays open until the rest arrives, a larger extra is refunded by support, and a payment after the deal has closed is reviewed by support and refunded.
